I'm back...

Wow, 5 months off is a long time...but I'm finally back! Being a mother is wonderful and I'm really enjoying it...my little Lola is amazing! What have I missed with all of you? How have you liked the new shows and what would you like to see next? Season 6 has just begun...

This will be my last blog for a while because I'm going on maternity leave! As most of you know I'm having my first baby and will be MIA for a while. But not to worry, the show is going full steam ahead with new episodes as usual. I plan on visiting during shoots, so I'll take some photos and try to blog a bit to keep you updated!

Think you know Sam? You may know him as "The Cooking Guy", but this Today Show regular with 12 Emmys, two television series, two cookbooks and a 3rd on the way didn't always cook (in fact he hardly ever cooked). Like others, he worked his way through many different jobs looking for the 'right' career.

Sam LIVE! is Sam doing what he loves to do, but this time on stage and in a way he's never done it before using mixed media with video, audio, photos etc. He'll be cooking, entertaining, talking about food, telling stories and sharing the often painful yet hilarious details of his mid-life career change that ended with him on tv. This is going to be a great night.

A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to the Salvation Army Kroc Center scholarship fund. Sam continues to support Joan Kroc's belief that given the opportunity, all children will have the chance to discover their own passion.
